Band Star is a phone app aimed at helping musicians connect with like-minded people in their area. Whether you're looking to start a new band, need a hired gun for a live show, or just looking to jam, Band Star makes it easy to find collaborators who share your passion.
As a musician myself I've experienced the difficulties of finding the right people to collaborate with, so designing an app that helps with this process was close to my heart. I used light blue colors and cartoonish images to convey what I feel to be the main reason most of us pick up an instrument: to have fun.
